Ford will oversee the day-to-day management, development and support of client relationships in Tampa and the surrounding markets. He brings more than 15 years of experience in executing technical staffing and recruiting services. Mr. Ford has successfully held multiple roles within the firm, beginning as a technical recruiter, then embracing a management role in 2008 and now taking on a Director position.
