The Judge Group Appoints Director of National Recruiting Center

April 8, 2010 (Philadelphia, PA) – Martin Judge, Jr., CEO of The Judge Group, a leading professional services firm offering Technology Consulting, Enterprise-Wide Staffing and Corporate Training, has appointed Frank Santoro to Director of the firm’s National Recruiting Center in West Conshohocken, PA.

The Judge Group’s National Recruiting Center (NRC) is not just a resource to local Recruiters and Account Managers but also acts as a delivery engine in support of our clients’ high volume staffing needs. The NRC team of specialty recruiters is equipped to handle spikes in requisition volume, as well as hard to find niche skills sets.

In his new role as Director, Santoro will oversee all management operations of the NRC. He began his career at The Judge Group in 1992 and over the past 18 years has held positions including Recruiter, Account Manager and Recruiting Manager. Santoro possesses a strong background in the staffing disciplines of Information Technology, Health Services and Engineering.
