The Judge Group Promotes Scott Labat to Director of IT Staffing in Minnesota

Labat has over 15 years of staffing experience and has achieved consistent success throughout his career, thriving in roles that have involved recruiting, account management and employee development in the Twin Cities market. He possesses excellent leadership qualities, highlighted by his excellent communication and motivational skills, which have helped him rise through the ranks in sales revenue since joining Judge in early 2010.

Labat will be responsible for growing the existing customer base in the Twin Cities market as well as developing new client relationships. He will be charged with further expanding the IT staffing business while also marketing Judge’s other technology-related service offerings, including its training, unified communications and consulting practices.
